How It Works

Current status: online checkout is not open yet. This page explains how choosing, buying and using a CEOVANTA template will work once it opens. Listings marked “Coming soon” are planned products without a price yet; listings marked “Demo” are examples and are not for sale.

1. Find a template

Start from All products, or browse by topic in the site directory. Our guides explain the tasks each template helps with, so you can decide whether you really need one before you buy.

2. Check the product page

Each product page lists what you should know before you buy:

  • Format: for example Excel (.xlsx), Google Sheets, Notion or printable PDF.
  • Works with and requirements: the apps the file has been tested in and any minimum version.
  • Language of the files: it may differ from the language of this website.
  • License: a summary of what you may and may not do with the files.
  • Version: fixes and improvements are noted on the product page.

3. Pay (once checkout opens)

We plan to accept payments through PayPal, which in many countries also lets you pay by card. The payment provider processes your payment; this website does not store your card or account details. It keeps only the order details needed to deliver your files, such as the product, amount, order status and the email address the payment provider sends back to us.

4. Download your files

When the payment provider confirms your payment, the confirmation page shows a secure download link. The link is personal, can be used a limited number of times and expires after a set period, which is shown on the page. Download the files straight away and keep a copy on your device or in your own cloud storage.

5. Open and use the template

  1. Open the file in the app named on the product page.
  2. Follow the short getting-started instructions that come with every product.
  3. Save an untouched copy of the original before you change anything.
  4. Adapt it to your work: rename labels, add rows or adjust formulas.

You can use the files for your own work or business, but you cannot resell, share or redistribute the original files. Finance templates help you record and plan; they do not replace an accountant, tax advice or the invoicing system your country requires.

6. If something goes wrong

If your download link has expired, contact us with your order reference; once the order is confirmed, we can issue a new link. Answers about formats, licenses, payments and refunds are in the FAQ, and the Contact page explains how to reach us.
